We hope you love your Knala pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, including any tags or branded elements

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use or damage.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under UK law, you’re entitled to a minimum 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases and we choose to extend this to 30 days.


Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind or sizing returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs
  • For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Knala will cover the return shipping costs

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the correct instructions.


Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.

Instead:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Once received and approved, we’ll issue a refund
  3. You can then place a new order for the replacement item

This helps us keep stock levels accurate and process returns as efficiently as possible.


Starting a Return

You have up to 30 days from delivery to begin a return.

To start the process, please email sales@knala.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item is faulty or damaged

We’ll respond with clear return instructions.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval and process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.


Return Address

Returns should only be sent to the address provided by our team via email. Please don’t send items to our registered office, as returns cannot be processed there.
