Delivery Information

At Knala, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our UK delivery options, despatch times and what to expect after placing an order.


Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom.


Despatch Times

We aim to despatch all orders within:

  • 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been despatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information where available.


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

2–4 working days
Reliable delivery for everyday orders.

Express Delivery

1–3 working days
A faster option when you want your order sooner.

Premium Next Day Delivery

Next working day if ordered before 12pm (Mon–Fri).
Ideal for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.


Delivery Partners

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This includes services such as:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD

We may occasionally use alternative carriers depending on demand or service availability.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery service selected.


Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at sales@knala.co.uk with your order number and details and we’ll be happy to help.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, additional postage costs may apply.


Missed Deliveries & Collection

If you miss your delivery, your carrier may leave a card or email with instructions. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur an additional postage fee.


Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
