Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £75.
Despatch
Orders are despatched within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Premium Next Day orders placed before 12pm are despatched the same working day.
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Carriers
Royal Mail and DPD. We may occasionally use another carrier depending on service availability.
Missed deliveries
If you miss a delivery, your carrier will usually leave a card or send an email with instructions for rearranging or collecting. Uncollected parcels come back to us, and re-delivery may carry a further postage charge.
If your order has not arrived
Please check the address you entered at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels lost through an incorrect or incomplete address, and if a parcel is returned to us for that reason a further postage charge may apply.
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email us at support@knala.co.uk with your order number. We will chase it with the carrier and put it right.
