A note on natural materials

We use organic cotton and other natural fibres wherever possible. With regular use and washing, colours will visibly soften and lighten over time - particularly on lighter shades and high-contact areas.

This natural aging doesn’t affect strength, safety or comfort, but it does mean each piece develops its own lived-in character through everyday use.

Our accessories are made using organic cotton and bamboo webbing, dyed using processes appropriate for natural fibres. We avoid synthetic coatings and adhesives, choosing stitched construction throughout. Where required for strength and safety, a small amount of durable synthetic thread is used within the stitching.

With regular use, colours will visibly soften and lighten over time, particularly on lighter designs and areas that experience frequent contact. This natural aging is expected and does not affect strength, safety or function.

We believe accessories should be designed to live a full, useful life - and then return naturally to the environment - rather than remain unchanged for thousands of years after disposal.

Hand Wash Recommended
For the longest life and best results, we recommend hand washing your dog collar. Use cold water with a mild detergent and gently clean with a soft cloth or sponge to lift dirt and debris.

Quick Rinse Option
Thanks to the light water-resistant coating, most dirt can be rinsed off under cold water after a walk. For light soiling, this is often all that’s needed.

• Always air dry; do not tumble dry or iron
• Store out of direct sunlight when not in use
• Check your dog’s collar regularly to ensure the buckle, hardware and fit remain secure
